FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over $49! This shipping option is applicable for all orders on our compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges (Not applicable on OEM products) in Canada and the Continental US shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or USPS with tracking. Shipping is not waived for free promotional items.
LOW COST SHIPPING On All Orders under $49 and OEM products! Orders under $49 ship for only $7.95! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in Canada shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and USPS with tracking information.
Processing and Delivery Time
Processing time can take up to 24 hours. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. (Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
*Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.
On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days. Free Shipping is not valid outside Canada.
- 1-2 Day to Montreal, Toronto Area and Vancouver.
- 2-3 Day to Calgary and Edmonton.
- 4-5 Day to Yukon, North West & Newfoundland.
*Estimation given by Canada Post, some delivery can take longer.
For Canada, our main warehouse is located in Mississauga, Ontario and we also have a secondary warehouse in Richmond, British-Columbia and Montreal, Quebec with limited items.
For the United States, our main warehouses are located in California, Tennessee and New Jersey.
Depending on where you are located as well as the item availability, this will determine the time it will take for your order to be delivered.
Remote Locations (including Northern Territories) excluded from Free Shipping.
Additional charge may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations, since most remote locations are referred by Canada Post as “Air Stage Locations”-locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year. Please contact our customer support for shipping cost for remote locations. Our customer service will contact you for more information if your order may qualify for extra shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii is excluded from Free Shipping.

Shipping Notes
- This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date
- Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, please call us by our toll free number 1-888-771-7188 (Est time 8AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday).
- We do not refund shipping cost
- We are not responsible for any parcel returned to us due to a typo error in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agent.
- If you placed an order and made a mistake, a charge of $7.95 will be applied to reship you the order.
