  • In no event shall MyPrinterShop.ca be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits or equipment’s.
  • MyPrinterShop.ca is not responsible for any damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect. We are only responsible for products that are damaged during delivery or product that come with a manufacture defect.

 

CHANGING / CANCELLING ORDER:

  • We suggest you to call us or use our online chat system immediately to cancel any order; Emails are not the fastest way for cancelling or editing an order. Our toll free number is 1-888-771-7188. Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible, if the order is placed before noon (EST/EDT), they are usually processed on the same business day. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping.
  • Once an order has been processed by our warehouse you may not cancel or change your order.
  • If you have purchased the incorrect products, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. (Shipping cost will be covered by the customer)
  • For all online orders, if you see any price drop on our website's product page, you can contact us within the 7 days following the purchase date and we will arrange a refund to your store credit for the difference. Please note, if the price difference lowers your subtotal below the minimum required for free delivery, shipping charges will be applied.
  • Exceptions,clearance items & special coupon events.
  • Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the order.

 

SHIPPING:

  • For orders that have not been received on estimated date posted on courier's website, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will contact our courier on your behalf for an investigation. Delivery time is only an estimate; delivery time is NOT a guarantee. Since we have no control over delivery time, we will not refund shipping cost for any delayed orders.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or delay. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any loss or unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please contact us and we will contact the courier to open an investigation. Delay: When the products do not arrive within 48 hours after expected delivery date.
  • Any missing or wrong product sent must be reported within 14 days for replacement or refund. We will not accept any claim after 14 days after receiving orders. We suggest you should verify your order immediately when you received it.
  • Physical damage caused by shipping must be report within 14 days. We will refund accordingly after Canada Post / Courier investigation. (Can take up to 15 business days to get confirmation)
  • Please check order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If problem is not notify in time and order is shipped out, customer will be responsible for the resending charge. We suggest customer can place another order. We will refund after the item is being received.
  • For commercial addresses, the business name must be included in the address; otherwise it will be identified as an incomplete address.
  • Packages that are Return to Sender (RTS) must be authorized by an employee of MyPrinterShop.ca. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for package returned without authorization. For refunds, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. .
  • If our courier lost the package due to incorrect address provided by customer, customer will have to take full responsibility. We will not arrange refund or replacement for orders with the wrong shipping address.
  • If a return to sender (RTS) is due to the customer’s mistake with the address (e.g. apartment number, business name, etc), we will charge extra shipping for the resend. If the customer wants a refund, we will deduct shipping from the refund, even if the order has benefited from our free shipping discount.

 

RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT:

  • For defective items being returned, please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refundable. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the product only.
  • All returns must include their original packaging along with all documents/CDs/accessories and packed with care.
  • All returns must include a copy of the invoice or Order# on a note for identification purpose; Otherwise, we have no idea who to contact or refund to. Please carefully package all returns. We will not issue refund for packages in damaged condition.
  • Returns of defective products will not be accepted without prior authorization from an employee of MyPrinterShop.ca.
  • We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to confirmed defective items within their specific warranty period, unless in special circumstances authorized by our customer service. Defective item must be returned within 30 days after the RSL is issued.
  • Please note: We apologize that currently RSL is only available for customers located in Canada and Continental US. For other locations: please return it at your own cost.
  • The customer is responsible for any loss and/or damages. We suggest shipments should be insured and packed with care. We will not refund if the return does not match the above condition.
  • Customer must obtain an authorization for each returning products. No action will be taken if the product(s) are returned to us without authorization, including but not limited to returned products without original packaging, manuals & accessories, or any products returned that are not purchased from MyPrinterShop.ca.
  • Refund will be given after we inspect and verify the content, for either unused/non-defective products as well as defective products.
  • We reserve the right to not replace products and to only refund them back to the customer.
  • We do not extend warranty for any replacement or exchange products.
  • Incorrect product purchased due to a website error must be reported to our customer service in order to receive refund. Once the mistake is confirmed, we will arrange the return of the products and their refund.
  • If the cartridges print less than 50% of the page yield determined on our website, which is confirmed to not be caused by misuse or improper maintenance, will only be refunded partially as store credit accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns.

 

RETURNING UNOPENED PRODUCTS:

  • Compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges, toners and drum units have a 90 day return policy if unopened.

OEM products, including but not limited to ink cartridges, toners and drum units, have a 30 day return policy if unopened.

  • All other items have a 14 day return policy following the received date of the order
  • The customer is reliable to pay for the cost of return if items are not defective and must contact our customer service team for authorization. We are not liable for the return of any products sent back on the behalf of the customer.

 

PROMOTIONS / COUPONS / GIFTS:

  • All free gifts/promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated item is being returned.
  • Limited in quantity: all free items will be on a first come first serve basis. No substitutes will be offered.
  • Dollar value coupons do not carry cash value, must be used in one transaction, the remaining amount will not carry over. Dollar value coupons cannot be redeemed as cash.
  • Users are responsible for shipping cost of "Free gift coupons" unless combined with an order subtotaling over $49.

If a product offered on the Website is not as described, or does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to return the product in accordance with MyPrintershop.ca Return Policy.

  • Except as otherwise noted, the price displayed for products on the Website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. MyPrintershop.ca cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. Despite MyPrintershop.ca’s best efforts, a small number of items on the Website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated the price, MyPrintershop.ca will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
