Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. The majority of the orders placed on MyPrinterShop.ca are usually shipped within 24 hours. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 2-4 hours to cancel your order. If it is too late and the order left our facility, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days in accordance with the MyPrinterShop.ca’s returns policy.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days.
